1.      Technical program

2.      Civic Reception on July 10, 2023

The Civic Reception, hosted by the Lord Provost of Glasgow, serves as a warm welcome to the delegates of the 15th International Green Energy Conference in the vibrant city of Glasgow. This exclusive event is organised by the esteemed Glasgow City Council and takes place in the prestigious City Chambers, which were inaugurated in 1888.

4.      Online participants

All the online participants are requested to make a video of their presentation.  The length of the video should be no more than 12 mins. To ensure proper organisation, please save your file with the following format: Paper ID_Name of presenter (e.g., IGEC238_Sarath). Also, mention paper ID and name of the presenter in the message box to ensure proper organisation.

5.      Brief Biography of presenter

We kindly request all presenters, whether participating online or in-person, to provide us with a brief biography of 50-100 words for each presenter of their respective papers. Please send this essential information to sambhaji.kadam@glasgow.ac.uk. To ensure proper organisation, please save your file with the following format: Paper ID_Name of presenter. Also, the subject line of the email must be “Biography_Paper ID_Name of presenter”.

6.      Video for 2023 Best Student Presentation Award

All student presenters, whether participating online or in-person, who are participated in the Best Student Presentation Award competition, need to upload a pre-recorded video of their presentation. This video will only be used for assessment by the selection panel. Online presenter can use the same video for online participation and the award competition. To ensure proper organisation, please save your file with the following format: Award_Paper ID_Name of presenter (e.g., Award_IGEC238_Sarath). Also, mention the paper ID and name of the presenter in the message box like the above mentioned format (Award_IGEC238_Sarath).
