The 12th International Green Energy Conference will be held by Xi’an Jiaotong University on July 31 – August 3 2017. The conference registration system is now open. Please complete registration before July 15 2017.

由西安交通大学承办的2017年绿色能源国际会议将于2017年7月31日至8月3日在陕西省西安市召开。现在大会报名注册系统正式开通，请于7月15日之前完成注册。

In order to reduce the waiting time and issue invoice in advance, all participants are encouraged to pay registration fees before July 15, 2017 by debit card/credit card.

1.Please save transfer voucher, and send the scanning to our email igec@mail.xjtu.edu.cn with the topic "name_affiliation_paper ID".

2.No more than two papers can be read by each registrar.

3.Please send the receipt to our email immediately, otherwise you will not be able to get the registration invoice.

由于本次会议参会人数较多，为减少报到现场等待时间和提前开具会议费发票，要求所有参会人员务必在2017年7月15日前采用银行卡/信用卡/微信/支付宝缴费的方式支付会议注册费

特别提醒

1.请务必在注册时的备注中标注：IGEC姓名_单位_论文编号，并将缴费凭证照片或截图或扫描件发送至会议邮箱igec@mail.xjtu.edu.cn。邮件主题请写"姓名_单位_论文编号"。若无论文，论文编号可略掉。如一人代缴多人费用，请在回执备注中列出被代缴人信息：姓名_单位_论文编号。

2.每位注册人员最多可宣读不超过两篇论文。

3.交费完成敬请将参会回执及时发送至信箱，否则不能保证报道现场领取注册发票。

2017年7月15日之前已办理完成缴费的，报到时在报到现场领取发票。

Notes

  1. A registered full delegate can present up to two papers at the conference.
  2. Proof of full time student status (such as copy of valid student ID card or a letter from their institution) is required when registering and at the registration desk when picking up the registration bag at the conference. Postdoctoral fellows and research associates are not considered full-time students.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of registration in writing must be received by May 1, 2016; a refund of 75% minus remittance charge will be processed after the conference.
