We invite original abstracts describing advances in green energy systems, applications, and enabling technologies. Submissions undergo peer review by the Technical Committee under the International Advisory Committee’s direction. High-quality original papers of archival value will be recommended for publication in special issues in Energy and AI (IF 9.6), International Journal of Green Energy, etc. See the Call for Papers for details!

Important DateS (Iceland Time)

  • 28 January 2026: Abstract/Paper Submission due

  • 15 March 2026: Acceptance Notification

  • 20 April 2026: Early bird registration due

  • 3-7 May 2026: Conference date

To be eligible for conference proceeding, awards competitions, and special issue opportunities:

  1. A full paper must be submitted by March 01, 2026; 

  2. A presenter of the paper must be registered with fee payment by 01 May, 2026;

  3. Each presenter can present at most 2 abstracts/papers at the conference.

How To Submit an Abstract/Paper

Word/Page Limit

Abstracts must be no longer than 500 words and strictly within one page.
Full-length papers typically vary from 6 to 10 pages .

Abstract/Paper Review and Selection

Abstracts/Papers will be reviewed according to the following criteria:

  • Conference Scope: Is the submission within the scope of the conference?

  • Original Data and Results: What are the results, impact, and outcomes?

  • Relevance, Impact, and Importance: What are the implications of the findings? Why is this abstract important to the environment, economy, and society?

  • Quality of Abstract: The abstract must be well-written and demonstrate thought and attention to detail. The abstract must be clearly written with background, clear and sound methodology, original data and results, as well as a conclusion.

All accepted abstracts/papers are required to be presented orally, and decisions are final based on the abstract/paper submitted by the deadline. 

Conference Proceedings

All accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceedings available during the Conference and included in the registration package.
