Notes
1 - A registered full delegate can present up to two papers at the conference.
2 - Proof of full time student status (such as copy of valid student ID card or a letter from their institution) is required when registering and at the registration desk when picking up the registration bag at the conference. Postdoctoral fellows and research associates, etc. are not full-time students.
3 - Includes welcome reception on Sunday (May 25), conference banquet on Tuesday (May 27), lunches and nutrition breaks on May 26-28.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of registration in writing must be received by May 1, 2014; a refund of 75% minus remittance charge will be processed after the conference.
