Registration Info

The registration fee includes: conference banquet, lunches and nutrition breaks. Registrants are responsible for any other cost not included herein, such as costs associated with travel to the conference site, and hotel or accommodation, etc.

Notes

1 - A registered full delegate can present up to two papers at the conference.

2 - Proof of full time student status (such as copy of valid student ID card or a letter from their institution) is required when registering and at the registration desk when picking up the registration bag at the conference. Postdoctoral fellows and research associates are not full-time students.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of registration in writing must be received by May 1, 2026; a refund of 75% minus remittance charge will be processed after the conference.
